Privacy policy

Your name and email, the business details you give us during setup, the questions you ask, any documents you attach, the answers CL AI gives you, and when you use it. Your payment is handled by our payment provider, Whop: we receive your subscription status, never your card number.

To give you answers built around your own business and numbers, to run your account and billing, and to keep CL AI working well.

Members of the Consistent Listings team can read conversations to support you, fix problems and improve the quality of answers. We treat what you share as confidential.

We use trusted service providers to run CL AI: hosting, database and email providers, our payment provider, and AI model providers that process your questions to produce answers. They act on our behalf and only for that purpose.

We never sell your data.

While your account is open, and for up to 12 months after it closes so you can come back to your history, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Ask us for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, by emailing admin@consistentlistings.com.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email.
