Terms of service

CL AI is provided by Consistent Listings ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

CL AI gives real estate professionals AI-generated business guidance. It is educational business guidance, not legal, financial or tax advice. AI can make mistakes, so check important decisions yourself. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

First-time customers get a 30 day free trial. A card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $200 USD on the day it ends and then billed $200 USD every 28 days, until you cancel. We email you 3 days before your trial ends.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop. We never see or store your full card number. Customers who have had a free trial before start on the paid plan straight away.

You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Payments already made are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it.

If a payment fails we email you and retry your card, and your access is paused until the payment goes through. Your chats and settings are kept, so everything is there when you update your card.

Each account is for one person, so please don't share your login. Don't use CL AI for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to copy, scrape or reverse engineer the service.

Your questions, documents and business details stay yours. You allow us to process them to provide and improve CL AI, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may improve or change CL AI. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.

To the extent the law allows, CL AI is provided as it is, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
